How do I change a member's data (name, email, etc.)?
In the Admin Area, click on the Manage Member box.
You can search for the member and locate the member in the list of members.
Click on the Edit button by the member.
Make the necessary changes and click on Update Account to save your changes.

What If I think a member's results are wrong?
All results presented are estimates only. While we do our best to vet and check that the results are as accurate as possible, factors beyond our control may change these numbers.
We also make assumptions when determining the results to limit the details we ask from you. These assumptions can be found in the info page for each report and may not be accurate in your situation.
If you feel that your results are significantly incorrect, send a message to us by clicking on the Contact Us link.

Can I use these reports for my whole family?
No, the reports you run are meant to be for individuals only. At this moment, we do not allow full family integration.
In a future update, we will be allowing this integration into retirement calculations so that we can provide a full-family picture of what retirement looks like.
